Important information for those wishing to enquire about booking any of our Westcove Properties!*

Please check exact descriptions including floor and site plans of the properties: Westcove House, The Stables, Garden Cottage, and Pier Cottage, to see which interest you and then follow the steps below before making an enquiry:

We can only accept full week Saturday – Saturday bookings in July and August and a minimum of 5 nights in May, June, September, and throughout the Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods. At other times, start/finish dates can be more flexible by arrangement but must be for a minimum of 3 nights (a 4 night minimum applies for stays involving a Weddings/Celebrations with or without a marquee. Slightly higher rates apply if a marquee is required, please check exact costs on the Weddings/Celebrations page).

Please note: Weekend breaks are only available in Low and Mid Low Seasons, arriving on a Friday, leaving anytime on a Sunday, or on Monday morning by 10am, and are charged at the 3 night minimum rate.

The Stables and Garden Cottage are not usually available separately between June and September until we know they will not be needed as an addition to Westcove House as the three properties together make a very popular venue for extended family get-togethers and other reunions. However, do check the calendar and contact Anne Waters (email: info@westcove.ie) as this restriction does not always apply.

Arrival and Departure Times: Guests are asked to arrive no earlier than 4:00 pm, and to leave by 10:00 am latest on day of departure.

A deposit of 25% is payable on booking. If over a year in advance, only 10% is needed at first, with the balance of 15% due by mid-January of the year of your stay. We will send you an invoice, which can either be paid by PayPal or any Credit/Debit card or, if you would prefer to pay by Direct Bank Transfer, we will provide you with bank details. Balance of payment is due 6 weeks before arrival. Exact directions will be sent once full payment has been made. Detailed directions to each property, from all airports and ferry ports, including shopping and arrival information, will be sent on receipt of final balance, or earlier if requested.
